Not currently. erivey is exclusively online, which is what allows us to offer the pricing and free shipping we do. If you would like to see a piece before purchasing, reach us on WhatsApp - we are happy to share additional photos, videos, or details about any piece in the collection.
WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach us - you will find the button on every page of our website. We also respond to Instagram DMs. We aim to respond to every message within a few hours during business hours. We do not have a call centre - but you will always speak to a real person who knows the collection.
Yes, we do custom order but only in SILVER. For the rest of the pieces they are made out of brass or stainless steel. Every piece in the erivey collection is designed to stand on its own - and we put a great deal of thought into each one. Custom orders are something we are considering only in silver. If there is something specific you are looking for that you cannot find in our collection, tell us on WhatsApp - we may already have something in the pipeline.

Moissanite is a gemstone made of silicon carbide — originally discovered in 1893 by French chemist Henri Moissan inside a meteorite crater in Arizona. Natural moissanite is extraordinarily rare, found almost exclusively inside meteorites. Every moissanite gemstone used in jewellery today is lab-grown, replicating the same molecular structure with scientific precision. The result is a stone with remarkable optical fire and hardness — created entirely without mining.
No - and that's not a weakness. Moissanite is its own gemstone, with its own distinct properties. Its refractive index of 2.69 actually exceeds that of a diamond (2.42), meaning it returns more light to the eye. Its fire - the rainbow brilliance - is more pronounced than a diamond's. It sits at 9.25 on the Mohs hardness scale, making it one of the hardest gemstones in existence. Moissanite is not a diamond alternative. It is a choice made on its own merits.
In everyday life - almost never. Moissanite's brilliance is so similar to a diamond's that the distinction is invisible to the naked eye in most settings. The difference is detectable only under professional gemological instruments. Many erivey customers report being complimented on their 'diamonds' regularly. The stone performs. That's what matters.
No. Moissanite's brilliance is a function of its molecular structure - not a coating, treatment, or surface finish. It cannot be polished away, washed away, or worn away. The stone you receive will perform identically in ten years as it does today. Regular cleaning with mild soap, warm water, and a soft brush is all it needs to look its best.
Orders are delivered within 5 to 7 business days across India. Metropolitan cities may receive orders closer to the 5-day end. Remote pin codes may take closer to 7 days. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched so you can follow it every step of the way.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp and email. You can use that link to follow your order in real time. If you have any questions about your shipment, reach us directly on WhatsApp - it is the fastest way to get a response.
We process orders quickly, so changes are only possible within 2 hours of placing your order. Contact us immediately on WhatsApp if you need to make a change. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify or cancel it - but our exchange policy applies once it arrives.
No, We currently accept prepaid orders only - UPI, credit and debit cards, and net banking. Cash on Delivery is not available. Prepaid orders allow us to keep shipping free on every order and dispatch faster, and every transaction is protected by secure payment gateways.
Yes - please do. We recommend recording a clear, uncut video while opening your erivey package, from sealed parcel to the piece in your hands. This video is required for any damage claim or exchange request, so it protects you completely. Think of it as your receipt in motion - thirty seconds that guarantee we can make things right if anything is ever wrong.
Every ERIVEY piece can be exchanged within 48 hours of delivery - for a different size or a different piece of equal value. Two things make an exchange possible: the security tag on your piece must be intact and unbroken, and you must have an unboxing video of the sealed package being opened. Use the website’s exchange/ return section 48 hours of delivery with your order number and we will guide you through it. Exchange

Every ERIVEY piece arrives with a small tamper-proof security tag attached. The tag is positioned so the piece cannot be worn while it is on. If you wish to keep your piece - remove the tag and wear it bravely. If there is any chance you may exchange it, leave the tag exactly as it is until you are certain. Once the tag is removed or broken, the piece is yours and no exchange is possible. It is our way of keeping exchanges fair, fast, and honest for everyone.
48 hours is enough time to open your package, try the piece against your skin tone, check the fit, and know. We keep the window tight so exchanges move quickly - for you and for the customer waiting for the piece you send back. The countdown begins from the moment your tracking shows the order as delivered.
If your piece arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, that is entirely on us and we will make it right immediately. Send us your unboxing video showing the damage on
WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. You choose what happens next - a free replacement of the same piece, store credit for the full amount, or a return with a full refund to your original payment method. Damage is the one situation where we refund, no questions asked. Shipping for damage claims is always on us.
We do not offer cash refunds for change of mind or preference. In place of refunds we offer exchanges and store credit - credit that never expires and can be used on any piece in the collection. The one exception is damage: if your piece arrives damaged or defective, you may choose a full refund to your original payment method. We made this policy thoughtfully - it allows us to keep our prices honest and our shipping free, while
making sure you are never stuck with a piece that arrived less than perfect.
Four simple steps:
1. Go to the website and click on exchange/return section within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and unboxing video.
- Send clear photos of the piece with the security tag intact.
- Once approved, we arrange the pickup from your address at no cost to you.
- Your replacement piece or store credit is issued as soon as the original passes our quality check. Most exchanges complete within 7 to 10 days end to end.
Mild soap, warm water, and a soft-bristle brush - that is all you need. Soak the piece briefly, gently scrub around the stone and setting, rinse thoroughly, and pat dry with a soft cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals, ultrasonic cleaners, or abrasive cloths. For moissanite specifically, this simple routine will keep the stone performing at its full brilliance.
Store each piece separately - ideally in the erivey pouch or box it came in - to prevent scratching between pieces. Keep jewellery away from direct sunlight and humidity. Do not store in bathrooms where steam and moisture are regular. A cool, dry drawer or jewellery box is ideal. Remove jewellery before applying perfume, hairspray, or body lotion - chemicals can affect metal finishes over time.
